Excellent product
As robust as the original TomTom unit with the advantage of an easily replaceable fuse under a sealed removable cover. The original had a tiny solid fuse soldered direct to the pcb and was almost impossible to access but could blow if the cable on the nav unit was partly inserted the wrong way round. Works well. Highly recommended.

Excellent, very accurate product at a keen price.
Bought this to replace our very old wrist BP monitor which our doctor said was inherently inaccurate because of the difficulty setting the wrist to the same height as the heart - a height error of only 20 mm results in a change in the reading of 20 mm which is significant. An upper arm monitor allows much more consistent positioning in relation to the heart.
Chose this model after extensive comparisons of different monitors and reading Which? test reports in which this was one of the top models with good accuracy. The eBay price was also significantly lower than from other suppliers. Not mentioned on its box or in some descriptions is the fact that it date and time stamps all readings and keeps that info with the readings in memory.
We're extremely happy with it but correctly positioning the arm cuff and tightening it is tricky on one's own using only one hand. Much easier to have a second person do it using two hands, which is what the doctor or nurse does.

Superb product, control App, and tech support.
I've tried other similar products but have been dissatisfied by their complex or confusing Apps which have sometimes made them almost unusable.
This product is the exception and the supplier's tech support was exemplary. They advised me to use a diffent App from the one shown on the packaging and after trying both, they were correct - the officially recommended one simply failed to 'see' the device.
The one they told me to use (I-USBKey from the App Store) is superb. It is easy to use and gives the user full control by allowing folders to be created if the user wishes or instead allows files to be copied direct to the device without added folders. Using it from my Mac is just like using any other USB stick - completely straightforward.
The supplier's telephone tech support is exemplary.
Highly recommended all round.
