Turtle Beach Recon 50X Stereo Gaming Headset in Black

Wire broken within days 😣

My boy was delighted to find id bought him a headset for Ps4. He plugged in and began to play. One week later, he told me the wire was not sitting in its case properly the outer case was spinning around all the time, he was right, not only that, the headset never worked again. These wires are too flimsy and break. There should be a mechanism around the wires where they are handled the most to protect the wires breaking. Turtle Beach are supposed to be the top manufacturer aren't they? 😡

Mens Foray Bubble Padded Warm Winter Designer Reflective Reversible Jacket Coat

NOT REFLECTIVE!

My Nephew was really looking forward to this coat, he loves the reflecting puffer jackets his mate's are wearing & was over the moon when I gave him this jacket last week as an early Christmas present because it was really cold on the day. All was good until he found the coat doesn't reflect & isn't really reversible because of all the labels inside etc... He's said it was fine because I brought him up to be grateful for all he receives however, I am not happy one bit, I feel let down & cheated!
