Doesn't hold up to cat's scratching
Just got it two days ago and the carpeting is already shedding small pieces all over my living room. I have another different one, same cats, and that one is holding up well, so I blame this one. I bought it because it has a pedestal, that my cat loves, but it's no good if it falls apart so fast

Absolute junk with a known defect
1 of 1 found this helpful This Bluray player will work fine for a few months and then all of a sudden begin factory resetting itself randomly. This is a known issue with these. Avoid at all costs, as with most Sony products these days as they are not what they used to be and Sony CS is ATROCIOUS. Additionally, Sony love to sunset many of the apps, including Hulu, and even their own Crackle so they no longer work. What a joke

Poorly designed. Hooks are too big
The hooks are too big to hook into the mesh of the same brand hitch carrier, and barely even fit in the holes. They will easily pop out. Just a poor design
