Good manuals
No problems loading the cd. Bought for my son, It looks like the print manual I have for mine, just have to print off what you need from the CD.

Not for Verizon prepaid
Doesn't work on Verizon prepaid network even though I asked if it would. I use it on the home network since it would have wasted more time to return than it was worth.
