I'd forgotten how good Camus could be!
Having re-read the Plague recently (it seemed apposite given the current Covid situation) it reminded me of just how good a writer Camus was, so I wanted to also re-read L'etranger - but my schoolboy French is now way too far in the past for me to read it in the original. The English version still catches the sombre introspective mood of the narrator perfectly. A great book.

Very helpful, practical book
The book itself was in as-new condition, so very good value. Content-wise it was just what I needed, decent, practical recipes and lots of real world tips, rather than tons of noncey stuff about foods noone ever makes outside of TV cookery shows! Very helpful book indeed.
