It is an amazingly stable putter and a dead-on true roller of the ball.
No doubt about the counterbalance technology and the added weight of this putter. It is amazingly stable and a dead-on true roller of the ball. Almost auto pilot from 6ft. in. I actually also prefer this face to any of the Metal X faces. Added benefit - the back fork is a perfect ball retriever from the green or from the water. Truly an excellent putter!

Older technology that still works!
My FT9 has been in the basement for a couple of seasons. Went to the New Big Bertha this year. Just for fun I brought the FT9 back out into the daylight. Guess what! It's as long and has a much softer but powerful feel than the Bertha. It's as least as long and significantly more controllable. Interesting. If you're having trouble with your driver, don't overlook this dated, but still very effective technology.

No doubt, there is something about most Cameron putters. Whatever "it" is - most of them have "it." The finish, the feel, the look...it's all there. Of course, you still have to put a move on the putt, but the putter has it all. Worth the money? Depends on the size of the wallet. Retail? - probably not. Through Ebay? - absolutely. Every serious golfer ought to own at least one Cameron at some time in their career. This mallet is a sharp as it is functional.
