Glamper's Dream
I know 'a fridge is a fridge'.... however, this made our lives so much easier in the tent this year. No more messing with ice packs and food going off.
The Halfords portable fridge has a handy tow handle and is a great size. You can easily see what's in it without having to empty it.
Most bottles will stand up in it but those which won't will squeeze in at an angle. Where there's a will...
Some water did appear at the bottom of the fridge regularly but apparently this is normal due to condensation which has nowhere else to go. So I did have to keep wiping it but it was no big deal.
We held back for a long time buying a fridge as we always saw it as a luxury camping item but we now wish we'd invested years ago. Food isnt wasted and is always fresh.
Picnics will be a dream as you can plug it into the car as well as mains on the campsite. We are looking forward to having this plugged in near the back door when we have parties so we can chill drink in it.
Highly recommend this Halfords 40 litre fridge.
