    AVOID...Seller is unresponsive after their own error. Seller did not pay the correct postage and so this incurred a fine. The seller has not responded to my requests for a refund of this extra postage and fine. They have chosen to totally ignor my messages and requests, hoping i will just go away? I am escalating to ebay for recovery of charges. If you do ebay long enough you sadly encounter unscrupulous individuals that cannot take responsibility for their own errors, mistakes and behaviour.
