Dumpling moulds
1 of 1 found this helpful Bought a new set as I’ve always been asked about my current ones! Excellent sturdy moulds for ‘puffs’. I use the ready rolled puff pastry from the supermarkets and they are excellent. Used them for ‘years’!
The simple ‘secret’ for NOT tearing the pastry is to coat the pastry ( on the mould side) with a sprinkling of ordinary flour. It always come off easily.
This supplier is excellent!

Pasty Mould
Really good quality item . Makes perfectly shaped pastry to make pasties. Also a very good size for a fine large satisfying snack! Just follow the usual pastry rules.

Drayton LP20RF programmer + Digistat
A wonderful set of items, fits perfectly and works immediately, all boxed brand new. Wireless function is fabulous. The dispatch time is very good, no problems at all. Good service from supplier.
