Very disapointing
Lack of instructions ie 72 page booklet only 6 pages in English and the words provided ate of minimal help to a new user of the device. And a useless menu booklet with the same 5 meal plans repeatedly printed in 10 different languages other than English. Parts are made of flimsy plastic and they sit together in layers but don’t lock in securely. A steam burn waiting to happen. The time setting switch and mechanism is very confusing and doesn’t always work when pressed. No idea what the ‘prog’ button is for because the instructions don’t tell you. When pressed nothing happens. And also Terrible value for money. Too expensive for the poor quality.
