  We had a slight hiccup when Royal Mail lost the parcel, but Kawiboi was a real gent and kindly resent another set through. No fuss, clear communications, happy to talk and work out solutions and I’d recommend in a heartbeat. Sad that Royal Mail cocked up but these things happen.

  Ordered M5 bolts but received M4. Contacted buyer with photo's but he insisted that they were M5, he didn't have M4 and that I was wrong and that I had made a mistake. He went on further to state that he would ban me from his store and report me to eBay. He refused to accept the return despite documentary evidence to the contrary and refused to accept his mistake. Disgusting customer service and hid behind his no return policy. eBay thankfully resolved the issue for me. Buyer beware

  These cap head screws I sent to this customer were exactly as ordered, M5 x 40mm as seen in there own picture. It was impossible for me to have sent out the wrong screws as I do not currently have M4 x 40mm in a black oxide finish in stock. I shew them pictures of them in a proper screw measuring tool showing that the size is correct. If I had sent out the wrong size I would have happily fixed the issue by sending the correct screws out asap.

  The item was good but came 3/4 days late which caused a problem as I had to buy from elsewhere. Ebay's time estimates are not accurate and do not take into account the poor services provided by some couriers and Royal mail. Of course in this instant the seller may have been slow to dispatch. Who knows !!

  It is impossible for them to be four days late, you ordered them on Sunday 11th May, it is now Saturday 16th May today. Obviously I sent them on the Monday, second class is estimated three working days, at worst that makes it one day later than Royal Mails estimates which can be due to multiple reasons, of which are out of sellers hands, also eBay's estimated delivery dates are in part random. Thanks!
