  I bought a Yaesu ft-102 the seller told me that it comes with Yaesu headphones and power lead Well when I received it in a box as fin as a cereal box I fort how badly packed it was opened it and it was full of newspaper and a little bit of bubble wrap anyway the power cord was damaged with one pin bent so I informed eBay that I wanted to return it,had to wait for the seller to respond but nothing so l given a full refund and was told that I can do what ever I want with the item.

  The item was securely packaged, and I had no control over how it was handled in transit. Your concerns were addressed through the proper eBay process. I had requested shipping details to arrange a return, but instead, you chose to keep the item after receiving a refund. A refund does not automatically entitle you to keep the item, especially if you claim it was damaged.
