Works O.K. but poor quality
Good value for the money but needs lots of re-work and fettling to get good results. Diamond disk is too course and really needs to be about 400 grit. Once operating, works well and I sharpened 3 blades with it and got good results. But noticed that the front bearing is now making a noise. If this gets worse I'll have to send it back.
In conclusion, it's a good concept and has the potential for to be a nice tool for the workshop, but poor out-of -the-box experience means you need to be adept at setup and tool making. Poor quality in some of the parts lets it down but then again it's not expensive, you get what you pay for.
Drawbacks aside I'd recommend it.

Works well
Bought to replace a non-working unit for my 4 channel external garden light unit. Works well and I've got a dimmable indoor plug into the bargain

excellent purchase
Bought one of these to interface my computer to a yamaha aw16g recording studio unit, has worked really well, Audio out has a great sound quality for the price, line in/out works great with pro tools. Just waiting for an optical cable to check the digital SPDIF I/O ports. So far this has been great value for the money considering interfaces you get. Very pleased.
