Great for the price.
The product is and does everything as advertised.
However, it doesn't fit my ears the way I had hoped, but I believe it is because of the way my ear channel is. If I wear it upside down, it works better, but it won't stay in. I don't want to take away from all the other features that Plantronics put in, because those are great.
When properly inserted, the sound is clear. Bass might be a little muddy, but the high end sounds very clear to me (I have moderate-to-severe hearing loss in higher frequencies). This was a great price for such headphones IMHO. I did have a little trouble with the volume with podcasts. I can't tell if the podcast was recorded with the gain too low, or if it's just my hearing. But on some newscasts and podcasts, I could not increase the volume so that I could hear words and even entire passages. That's why I left off a star.
So far I have not used the flexible charging case, so I can't comment on that. Nice to have, though.
Seems to work well for phone calls, too.
