Thyroid Bible
If you suffer with your thyroid this book is a must - it tells you what the Doctors don't know and how to deal with it. I feel like I've got my life back from the information in this book which is now tattered with bookmarks and annotations, but I still refer to it as it has no much information.

Great for pet hairs
