Great night's sleep and wake up refreshed

Take 2 of these before bedtime .. you may still have occasional waking moments in the night, but the quality of sleep you Will have is excellent.
You wake up feeling as though you've had a great night, mood is vastly improved, depression from lack of sleep is banished .. somehow the world is lighter.. Brighter.
Highly recommend this to anyone suffering from wrecked sleep due to either stress or hormones.
Unlike sleeping pills, these are natural and you don't feel that groggy heaviness that you get from prescription meds.

2 of 2 found this helpful Non greasy - leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth. Smells like fresh oranges. The Alpha Hydroxy Fruit acids make your complexion really clear and illuminated. Excellent value for money - far better than many "higher priced brand names" - Highly recommended.
