  I paid for shipping, but the seller deliberately snapped my tree in half to fit it into a tiny box. I reached out and he said the tree would look better this way and that it was no big deal. He didn t want to give a refund until eBay forced a return. Then he insinuated I knew nothing about trees - I grew up on a commercial orchard and now have my own private orchard. He is the most condescending person I ve talked to in about a decade. Just awful. The tree was 2 sticks even before he broke it.

  This negative feedback is very incorrect and unfair , please see my other feedbacks I care and respect all of my buyers. According to the buyer the tip of the tree was damaged during transit , he contacted me and requested a replacement ,told him that I have sold all of my trees and I do not have any more to replace it and the tree he has is strong and has good root system and will grow back , he did not like my comment and accursing me of being rude . He was fully refunded after this ,
