Great sounding budget overdrive pedal with a couple of quirks.
Very nice sounding overdrive with enough gain to break into full distortion while remaining fairly quiet. The EQ controls are effective and it has more bass than most pedals designed to do the same job. The only really odd thing about it is the lack of switching on the input jack and the short cable to attach a battery. There is space inside the case for a battery but it's not been designed to accommodate one. You have to use a power unit or remember to unplug the battery after each use or the battery will slowly drain.
Yes it's a clone of the Timmy overdrive with modified EQ but it's my current favorite overdrive...for this week at least.

Simple cost effective DI solution.
Simple passive DI does the job perfectly allowing guitar players to connect electro acoustic instruments a fair distace away from mixer without signal loss as it should.
This does not however change the gain of the source to line level but changes the impedance and converts an unbalanced signal to a balanced one. Reducing noise pick up and interference.
