Fits perfectly.
The motor/fan assembly fit perfectly. The plastic nut furnished with the kit that secures the light fixture housing to the stud on the motor did not thread far enough onto the stud. I reused the sheet metal wing nut from the original installation. Consider using a rubber washer between the light fixture housing and the base of the motor to reduce noise from vibration.
