As explained in the listing, the soap cutter is used so of course there are signs of use and soap remains. Secondly, when you mentioned the missing nut (which I wasn’t aware of) I arranged for a replacement to be sent directly to you. I feel the transaction should be viewed as a positive one.

Smaller then expected
0 of 1 found this helpful Brought this box as to replace my old one that aired my horse items however it was a lot smaller then my old box which was sold as a large size being extra large I would had thought the new box would be bigger . My other box was cheaper so I also thought this box would be bigger as it has a higer price .
