easy to make and great taste
no cons only pro's.Very quick and easy to make.I do not add sugar at the end of fermentation as I like a very dry wine,its perfect for me

unsuitable
this product is completely unsuitable for any kind of home brewing.
when I placed it around a 40 pint brewbin it quickly went to 35 degrees before I checked the temperature,these kind of temperatures kills the yeast and completely ruins your wine or beer
