    The seller was very good when I contacted the Lady as to let her know that the item that was shown on the packaging the item in the packaging was different as it was not what we ordered. The Lady seller was very understanding as I received a full refund ,and as a gesture of good will the Lady said that we could keep the Reindeer if we so wanted too ,which I thought was very nice of the seller .To be fair to the seller the item was sealed by the factory before the seller bought the item.
