Review: Lego Star Wars Saga for Nintendo Wii
I bought this game as I love Star Wars and Lego and having recently bought a Wii I was looking for a Sci-Fi RPG game that I thought I would enjoy and I have not been disappointed!
The depth and scope of play are awesome. All of the characters we know and love are represented in the game and the animation of the lego characters is at the same time detailed and authentic, without being restrictive. Types of play are also varied and follow the themes of the saga, without being strictly slavish to the original story.
The control interface is a little complex, as is often the case with these type of games, but is quickly mastered and gives a good ranges of action options, especially when playing with a party containing different types of characters, which are often necessary to complete the challenging levels of play.
I've not finished the game yet and I expect to be spending many, many more hours before I do so! But I feel I have got a lot of value for money out of this game already and I expect to keep dipping into it again and again over the next few years to replay different sections, even after completing the game!
