  This seller has been amazing start to finish. Ordered new years day evening & they had a courier collect it 2nd Jan (bank holiday) & i received it on the 3rd. Although one piece was missing, i contacted them & they did everything possible to right the issue & the missing part turned up 2 days later. Original delivery estimate was the 9th so to get everything so fast was amazing. Item is spot on. Advertised as slightly damaged on the end, which translated to a slight chip so more than happy!

  When my parcel arrived it was an empty tube, I ordered a weight training barbell which had fell out of the packaging. I contacted Keepfitstore, they tracked it down and arranged redelivery keeping me in the loop with emails. In today's day and age of buy it today, get it tomorrow things are bound to go wrong sometimes, it's how the supplies deals with it that really counts, Keepfitstore were brilliant, Emily you are a star!

  I was amazed that item arrived undamaged. It was packed in a grey plastic bag with no other wrapping or protection. The basket is well made and uses quality materials. The plastic fittings are also well made. For the price it is a good purchase. I was not disappointed. The transit company was useless other than the issuing of the tracking number I was told nothing. I contacted the seller to see where the item was. Good coms with the seller, the item turned up a day later than estimated.

  Highly Recommended ebay seller! Great Product and works perfectly and such a great price. The Seller communication and helpfulness was spot on. The product arrived with a damaged case which was seemingly done during transit / courier fault, the seller was very quick to respond to my message and happily resolved this issue. Not all purchases go to plan and items can get damaged by the courier but it s testament to a great seller when they resolve the issue quickly and professionally. A+++
