Book on nutrition for the brain - great advice but not a practical application book.
1 of 1 found this helpful The content is great but the book is written too much as an academic exercise. It would benefit from some more practical tips for application of all the advice - e.g. some simple summary tables explaining what is recommended from what sources for life day to day.
