Nearly new Hue - a welcome alternative
Phillips Hue bulbs are great. These were better value being slightly used which is no issue as they last for years.

Bright but buzzy
Bulbs make a reasonable replacement for halogen, light is brighter and colour slightly cooler. They are effectively 20w brightness not 10 which can be too much for some areas. Main downside is the electromagnetic interference they seem to put out. I couldn't use them at the radio end of my caravan because they destroyed the reception. Overall a good value medium quality item.
