Effective Rat Trap
8 of 8 found this helpful This is a great cage for catching rats but beware it will catch most other things as well so keep an eye on the traps after you have set them to avoid too much stress to the birds and hedgehogs etc. A handy tip, cut a piece of cork make a hole to mount on the wire and bend the wire back to secure it for good, then smear peanut butter or chocolate spread etc all over it each time, this stumps the little buggers.
Update 11/5/17 I can confirm just how effective these traps are so far 13 large rats+ 3 hedgehogs+ 2 magpies+2 squirrels+a few mice and yes a big toad.
So yes it is absolutely vital to keep an eye on these traps to avoid stress to the animals, a tip that might come in handy for you, l woke one morning to find a trap had gone, a fox had taken it to the back of the shed to try and get the rat out, so now l fix a small wooden stake into the ground and wire the trap to it.

Total Waste of Money
1 of 1 found this helpful I had good expectations for this scratch doctor considering how much it costs, but it did not even get rid of a very slight surface scratch on my car, so dont waste your money, l ended up using ordinary T-cut and it worked perfectly.
