Airmax snore device
The airmax nasal dilator once inserted, gently holds open the nasal passages and stays in place well until your ready to remove it. I've tried several different versions of this including the silicone cones and the magnetic ones. The cones worked but didn't stay in as well and began making the inside of my nose feel sore. The magnetic one just clipped in the end of my fulcrum and had no medical benefit at all . So yes the airmax is comfortable, stays in place well and does enable you to breathe more easily through your nose.

Electric heat pad, ( not just for backache )
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this for my wife who has recently had breast surgery. The warm generated helps to sooth pain and reduce swelling and although this isn't it's original use it's been a really useful piece of kit
