Good box but the 4K passthrough requirements are a bit quirky
1 of 1 found this helpful Excellent replacement for my original BT Youview box. However, don't expect it to pass through 4K for Netflix etc if you don't have HDCP HDR compliant equipment; it won't do 4K without HDR for some reason. Shame really.

Product as expected but below the standard of Dyson's previous refurbished models
The vacuum cleaner is exactly what I wanted. However, I've purchased a number of Dyson refurbished machines in the last couple of years. Each previous time, you would have trouble to identify the fact that it wasn't new. This time around, the product was visibly dirty and all of the attachments were dumped in a bag. So, the product is good and functions as expected but the presentation/packing was of lower quality than I've come to expect from Dyson. It's a bit picky but does take one star off my rating. Also, the V6 buckets is still horrible to remove pet hair from. I hear that the V8s, at least some of the models, are easier in this respect so I may look at one of those in the future.
