  Transaction went okay, item was packed fairly and posted promptly. We had differing views on the condition so I have returned the book. I got the feeling the seller felt I was being unfair or dramatic about my concerns even though the book was listed as “new” but had both dirt stains and dents to the cover. I would have rated more positively with better understanding from them. Overall, the seller seems both professional and efficient, I think I just got unlucky with this particular item.
