printer good if a little difficult to set up however do not ring helpline its a con
1 of 1 found this helpful Had very much trouble connecting to laptop ,thought it was my laptop so bought a cable for direct connection but still no good so ,i rang the help line to be told after 5 minutes my laptop had a virus which he would fix and then came the hard sell for me to buy firewall for £300 .
When i said no i would take advice first he then hit me with so you, cant make a decision on your own ,i took exception to this and said i had just made one in that i was saying no and he hung up.When my son came back from holiday (he s an IT project manager at Aviva}he connected after some trouble but said computer was ok.
