This book is a wealth of information, especially the written and illustrated content for Yang 24 Step routine. It is worthwhile not only for a beginner but also an accomplished practitioner. I have already passed my book onto a colleague to review to see if they may be interested in purchasing a copy.

Tai Chi follow on
No hesitation in recommending this CD Although some of the moves are the same as Tai Chi For Arthritis 1 & 2, this CD is more complex and is a good follow on for anyone who wants to carry on practising Tai Chi to a higher level. A well thought out and produced CD showing the moves in an easy step by step format.
