Sound As Solid As The Cabinet
2 of 2 found this helpful These speakers produce such an excellent range of sound. From the crispy, directional highs to the deep growling lows (45 HZ), especially from such a small driver! Plus, they absolutely crank without the sound clipping. No part of the output gives way at high volume. They're not light, but that's because the cabinets are solid wood – a fundamental part of the design that you can hear.
I would recommend these speakers to anyone that's looking to add two serious drivers to their system, or to use as mains in their 2.0 channel setup. Just be sure that your shelf can hold about 35 lbs and remember to give the rear ports some space!
