inch loss pilates DVD
2 of 3 found this helpful Find this DVD hard to give fair review. I decided to buy it because my Charlie Brooks before and after DVD had a section of pilates which i found really good for toning. When it arrived i couldn't wait to try it (sad but true) I got into my gear and was all set. Imagine my disappointment when i sttod there getting cold as was more like relaxation DVD than exercise. The whale music and calming conversation was nothing like an exercise programme and i quickly warmed up with good ole Charlie.. I imagine if you have health problems and want to tone or are simply too old to tie ya laces this would be great but if you like exercise to be exercise and get you toned stear clear. I recommend Charlie Brooks Before and After, takes few goes to get steps right and not in a muddle but its good fun, works everything and is quick n easy..

Awesome colour be careful who you buy from
This polish is amazing and lasts weeks. The colour is striking and it cures well but this particular bottle is very runny, spreads. Edits you have time to cure so if advise pay extra £2 and buy from salon services as I usually do.
