Good idea.
I had put on some weight over the 6 week holidays so I decided to try doing alot more walking, cutting back on fatty, high calorie food and also try the XLS-ultra 5, I have so far lost 8 lbs!.
Drinking plenty of water and keeping active have also been really helpful but I'm impressed with the results.

If you love Alice in Wonderland, as I do, or know someone who dose, this is the most amazing and cute gift to someone or yourself!. Tiny little charms of a bottle with 'drink me' on, a little key & spoon a 'we r all mad here' quote a lovely little tea pot, clock and white rabbit all attached by a cute little bow. I'm over the moon with this purchase. It came in less than ONE day! I'm definitely purchasing another item. Amazing!!
