Due to the size of the monitor purchases they contacted me to confirm detail around the delivery and if it would work for me. Unfortunately the item was delivered damaged which seems to have happened during the delivery itself. KelsusIT handled the situation very professionally and were open to discuss with me what I wanted to do with the monitor given the damage. Eventually they offered to refund me the full price of the monitor. Highly recom.

Laptop arrived very well packaged with use of fragile which is always overlooked... For anyone not tech savvy whatever brand you buy you will their software installed in order to update the drivers, for example this Dell laptop requires the Dell Support Assist. May have been installed when arrived but for my own peace of mind I reinstalled windows and completed a debloat.
