A thought provoking and relavant book to people who respect ingredients, food and the artisan craft of the industry.
Brilliant account of how food used to be, and still is in very few restaurants.

Second pair, these are for keeping neat. Other pair used all the time outdoors, easy to slip on and heel can be adjusted to be firmer fit if used for driving. Robust, fine for wet weather-all the reasons why i bought a second pair, oh and the very good pricing at less than £20.
