    Hi, for context, item arrived on time. Buyer paid £5 for postage and packaging and asked for it to be securely wrapped. Courier cost £4, the item was brand new and heavily discounted compared to buying it elsewhere. Not pictured is the repurposed cardboard and bubble wrapping which was then triple wrapped in protective parcel tape. Feedback here is a little disingenuous and customer got a good item cheaply which arrived just fine.
