Terrible regulation

This transformer has the worst regulation I have ever seen. With 110 on the primary, the secondary output is 34V with 200mA load. At 1.6A it drops to around 10.5V. To get anything close to 24V out of this, you would best take this, throw it in the trash, then buy something else.
