Pleasantly surprised!

Being that this purse was $100.00 less than every other place I looked at them (and there were many!) I sorta expected it to be a 'knock off' or damaged.....after a complete inspection I can see neither. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend so the true test will come Christmas morning. I feel very confident that this is a genuine Coach purse and it was packaged very neatly and sent extremely fast. The main thing I was grateful for was that it wasn't just left on my door step, as I live in a bad neighborhood, but rather sent requiring a signature. Overall I would recommend this store to any and everyone. I inquired about the product before I ordered it and got a response immediately. The individual who answered my message was polite and understanding and put my fears and anxieties to rest. Maybe to most buying a Coach purses is "everyday business" but to me it was a huge deal and this company definitely made me feel more comfortable doing it.

As good or better than the others

I've used it for a few weeks and can honestly say the pain has lessened. It hasn't been a miracle worker but it definitely helps.
