If you are interested in food preparation and eco-agriculture, this book would be a excellent addition to your library
A book that I wanted at the time of publication in 1993, but was an itinerant low wage labourer.
In typical Mollison style he can seem quite blunt in his opinions & his facts of life suggestions if you are not aware.
The book is about food preservation and the traditional ways of doing it.
