a good all round player.
to be honest,
its very easy to use and setup .
the only downside is its a little low on bass,although you can alter the settings in the menu for tone/bass/etc. using the x-plod function does help to some extent.
the usb function is very good, in fact i have a small portable hard disc drive running from it, but not all hdd work with it.all in all a great unit but needs bass boost/loudness function.

good machine at a bargain price,but test before you buy!
we purchased this one after reading up on this particular model, suffice to say we got our bnib for less than 30.00!
had a lot of problems with updating it......infact after several months it still refuses to update itself unless i leave it running all night, so i have not bothered!
good picture quality,bluray is stunning!
dvd is very good as its up scaled!
sound not bad either, as its played thru a 2 channel stereo system, detail very good.
also usb port on front......i have a 1tb harddrive plugged in and playes all my tunes thru it......a gaint jukebox!
as far as i know it wont play mkv video directly from usb, but only a minor complaint.
had a few problems with the remote controller too, but after a few weeks i got the impression that once you had used it a few times it would settle down and work and it has, but when we first got it, it would not work at all!
it seems to cure itself!
but be warned!
