Comfortable and smooth
I love these brushes. The slight crimp at the end of the wires allows a nice angle and greater wire to head contact. This makes for a more relaxed playing position and eliminates the jittery scrape one encounters when the ends of the wire catch on the surface. Playing taps produces a softer legato feel and sound. Ballads aren't as tense as the angle for continuous sweeps can be a lot less acute. All this supplies a more enjoyable playing experience. Many drummers bend their own ordinary brushes to achieve this but it's fraught with fiddly and slippery wire twisting issues often leading to ruined brushes. So let the nice man do it for you. Good stick/brush
Not used one of these before but it’s not too much of an adjustment. Product quality is great which no doubt helps. Recommended
