New Genuine Mazda CX-3 Centre Console Arm Rest DB2WV0630A

A genuine Mazda part, great value and adds class with extra storage

Quality item, easy fitment without hassle all the holes aligned perfectly. Lots of info including pictures on the web. The armrest/centre console is exactly what it states 'Arm Rest' and not to be used as a prop to get in and out the car as it would not take excessive body weight. I found the following forum (thanks to them) cx3forum of which has a brilliant installation guide.
