Flawless performance
It's the amp I never knew I needed, bags of power, bluetooth quality is excellent, usb soundcard function is excellent, the aux input is excellent, the banana plug outputs are brilliant and the build quality is outstanding. The sound quality is outstanding, it may be a tiny bit clinical for some people but it's just fine for me, there's power and finesse aplenty and it's completely controllable thanks to the big, tactile volume knob on the top of the unit.
How they produce such amazing quality products for such a low asking price is just way beyond my comprehension!

The best option for me
All I wanted to do was stuff as many CDs from my collection as possible into one giant cd player and use it as a giant iPod Shuffle and this Sony does that very well.
I'm not really interested in the text options or track/disc programming, just track shuffling - the unit is pretty robust and works well, it's not really forgiving of scratched or damaged discs and will refuse to play them from time to time, plus my unit came without a remote but I have a replacement on order.
For me a 200 cd changer was the best option, I'm happy with just listening to them in the house so I spared myself the agony of trying to rip them to computer or shelling out silly money on a Brennan ripper unit.

Simply brilliant
The build quality is excellent, the sound quality is just out of this world brilliant.
Don't pay out for the new versions find a decent secondhand pair on here, I paid £30 for mine, the four binding post, down firing bass port versions and for this price they'll easily match any comparable bookshelf speakers I reckon upto £300 new!
