Perfect with a little craftmanship needed.
Not for everyone, but if you know how to work on golf clubs, removal of the broken ferrule and replacement of same plus a new shaft is pretty straight forward. I now have a near brand new club for a lot less than I would pay for one in as good a condition without the work!
