A few days went by and I didn’t receive a refund, I sent several messages to them and I received no response. I opened a PayPal case against the seller 9 days after receiving the first message stating they would issue the refund. The refund was settled through PayPal’s resolution center.

I worked just fine.
My son just became a deputy sheriff and wanted use my old SL20 which I had used on duty for almost 26 years. It needed some renovation and this capped it off. Pun intended.
