Beautiful doesn't take up much room I love the fact that it is stainless steel, and not aluminum!
I love the pot. If we are comparing this one to the others out there that do the same thing.... I Love it!
it is beautiful in my kitchen and hubby thinks so too.
Not as easy to use as a drip, but that doesn't matter much. I already have a drip, here in our business apt in San Diego. But we are from Seattle! And our business partner who shares the apt likes dunkin donuts monkey pee! So I bough the pot for hubby and my coffee in the am, just one good cup.
We also have a drip, and French press and fairly high end espresso/ latte machine in our home, in the Seattle area.
I love the taste of the rich coffee that it makes.
No it does not brew quickly, but I thought you were supposed to heat it rather slowly like on medium so that you don't wreck the gasket, and end up with yucky bitter coffee.
It is not super easy to clean, nothing to hang on to to unscrew it, and you can't just lift the grounds out, and the hand can get scraped on the inner rim when cleaning out the lower pot. But that doesn't matter that much either, I just hold it over the sink and pour the grounds to my hand to get hold of the filter and take to the trash can and dump the grounds out.
