Poor quality not easy to use
It is over complicated. The water container is difficult to access, the filter and water container cover is flimsy and will snap in time. If you put a softener sheet in with the washing it migrates to and blocks the filter. Something that has never happened before with other models in my experience. Won’t by Hoover again
