  A very professional seller. Order lost in the postal system somewhere, after a suitable waiting period the seller rectified the problem by refunding the purchase price, not only that, but promised to resend the ordered items. I was ashamed to accept this situation as the post office caused the problem. I hope the seller can claim recompense from the postal service for their failure.
